Meet Mr. Kickstand. Kickstand is a 2-year old, male, Golden Retriever/Chow Chow mix. He is such a darling… very good with humans and other doggies. However, he will “talk” to unfamiliar people and may be territorial at times. He is playful, listens very well, and loves to eat treats. Kickstand is potty-trained and independent. He is GORGEOUS.

Kickstand was rescued from a busy street– he had been hit by a car and was lying in the middle of the road with a slashed tongue and a broken leg. He was bleeding badly and was silently waiting to die until a couple kind-hearted shelter volunteers found him and rushed him over to emergency. Kickstand is all better now– he runs and romps around and now has a clean bill of health. He no longer wears a cast and can use his leg properly again. You would never know Kickstand had even gone through such a tragedy! What a trooper!
